Si garantisce la consegna delle unità abitative dalle ore 15.00 in Bassa Stagione

Il periodo prenotato, anche se non usufruito interamente per arrivo ritardato o partenza anticipata, va comunque pagato.  
La tassa di soggiorno viene riscossa dal fornitore della strutura per persona e notte

– Fino a 45 giorni prima dell’inizio del periodo di noleggio: 80% del prezzo di noleggio
– Fino a 30 giorni prima dell’inizio del periodo di noleggio: 100% del prezzo di noleggio

In caso di annullamento verrà addebitata una commissione di elaborazione di 50,00 Euro

Included Services: Bed linen and towels, electricity, water, parking space for 1 car per apartment. Plus local tourist tax (Ortstaxe).

Upon arrival, two towels per person – one small and one large – will be provided in the accommodation. A change of towels during your stay is not planned. A towel change is possible for a fee.

Prices are calculated based on a minimum stay of 5 days. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM. Please note that the apartment is available for check-in from 3:30 PM.
