New holiday apartments with selected furnishings from 50 sqm to 65 sqm, consisting of a bedroom, living room, complete kitchen with coffee machine, bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe, SAT-TV, sun balcony, deck chairs, parasols, and parking space.
Apartment XL (2 Persons) Consisting of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, bathroom with shower, toilet, SAT-TV, wall safe, and balcony. Free Wi-Fi.
Included Services: Bed linen and towels, electricity, water, parking space for 1 car per apartment. Plus local tourist tax (Ortstaxe).
Upon arrival, two towels per person – one small and one large – will be provided in the accommodation. A change of towels during your stay is not planned. A towel change is possible for a fee.
Prices are calculated based on a minimum stay of 5 days. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM. Please note that the apartment is available for check-in from 3:30 PM.

The local tourist tax (Ortstaxe) is collected by the accommodation providers per guest and overnight stay.
The following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 80 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price

Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price

Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price A processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged for cancellations.
